How long after delivery did you resume housework?

Ftm here....so have no idea how long it takes to heal....when did you start doing housework after delivery.... ex. Cooking, cleaning, vacuuming, laundry. Dh might take a couple days off....but then will return to work so I'm just wondering if I'll be okay... some of my family have offered for me to stay at their homes....but I don't feel comfortable...I want to to be home. My mom does not live in the country and won't be coming. I need reassurance!! Tell me your experiences, I know a lot of you are supermoms!
