cant sleep, cant breathe = miserable

I can't lay down or be slightly sitting up as my nose will get stuffed up instantly I've tried blowing my nose and Vicks but it doesnt help the minute I stand up it clears up so I go to blow and nothing happens it just hurts I'm in tears which doesn't help the stuffy nose issue cause I cant lay down to sleep and I just want to sleep and be able to breathe too! I can't sleep comfortably by breathing through my mouth knowing I'll just wake up in an hour or two cause I cant breathe
