Ovulation pain.

Lately I've been having what I think is ovulation pain. Now I know none of you ladies are doctors but I'm wondering if any one else has experienced something similar. The pain always comes around ovulation. Yesterday it was so bad I could barley stand. However it only lasts for a few hours then I don't feel it again until next month. I'm wondering if I should speak of my OBGYN about this. It doesn't happen every month but the last 2 or 3 cycles I've been having this pain
