Can't stop co sleeping

Uhhhh I have a problem. When I put Liam go sleep he goes in his rock n play and right now he's sleeping four hours. When he wakes up. I bring him to the bed with me I'm just so tired and when he lays next to me he goes right back to sleep and I don't have to worry about him waking up I need help stopping this ugh
