Baby still eating every 2-3 hours

Liam is 10 weeks old and he still likes to take long naps during the day. He takes 1-2 hour naps during the day he likes to take at least 2 of them and he still likes to eat 4 oz every 2-3 hours. At night he sleeps 4-5 hour intervals. He goes to bed at 9 so I know he can go longer with out a bottle. I see a lot of ladies saying there babies are eating every 3-4 hours. Is it normal he eats so often? He's formula fed
