Cut on babies butt?

I was changing Liams diapers and he has two very tiny cuts on his butt it's about an inch or two away from his butt hole, they were bleeding. I don't remember scratching him or anything. It doesn't seem like it's bothering him but it's bothering me. Any idea why this is or what I should do?
