I think I'm having a miscarriage :(

So Sunday i started spotting and went to the ER they did an ultrasound and found baby. They checked my hcg levels they were high and they did a pelvic exam and my cervix was closed. They told me to come back in a few days to check my levels. Went to the doctor today and my levels went up I was so happy. Now Later today my bleeding increased and was bright red I don't have any pain and haven't passed anything yet but I feel like it's gonna happen as anyone experienced this and ended up okay? Or do you guys think I'm losing baby
