When did you announce you where preggers???

Hey guys! Just found out I'm pregnant only 4 weeks and a couple of days. But I was just wondering when is the perfect time to tell people? I've told my boyfriend, two close friends and my cousin who just had a baby. I want to wait to announce it to other friends and the rest of my family but I'm not sure when or how to do it. Tips would be great
