So done family member using my info

So I got called 3 times today because my sil used my info as hers.... A bank called me asking for her and I asked how they got it. They said it was put down as her cell phone number along with my address... I'm pretty annoyed because I was at work and picked up because I thought it was for me... Im not sure how to address this issue with her. I know in her eyes she sees it as no big deal but I don't need bill collector's blowing up my phone all day. Shes one of those types that will try to flip it on a person or ignore them like it never happened. But I dont want her to think its okay to use me like this... I've posted about her before and over the years come to find she only uses pepole. Barrowed money from me 2 months ago only to jerk me around and again flip it on me... All because it was "only" $40 in her eyes. This chick has no vaule of money and the trust I placed in her to pay me back. Learned my lesson with that one... Im ready to just block her. But shes family and I see that as the easy way out. So help me out ladies. 10 hour day at work and im just to mentaly drained to deal with this but again don't want to let it slide.
