Wrong number gone wrong.

So I just had the most awkward wrong number call. Tried to call my little brother and no answer. Lady calls back freaking about saying I need to come get my daughter. That she was gonna call the cops if I dont show. She then went on about her being bipolar and beating her with a stick... All the while I'm trying to say you have the wrong number. She then said some not so nice words and hung up on me... I feel bad for the girl she was talking about. You dont beat someone with a stick if there having a manic episode. Kinda wanted to call back and tell her to let the cops handle it. Really hope the girl she was talking about gets help... Im bipolar and know manic episodes are scary for everyone. But to get beat with a stick. Like wtf. Anyone ever have a really awkward wrong number call?
