That moment when you sneez

And you've started your period.... But the real reason to my post. I get horrible headaches during my period. Its always right behind my right eye. I have pain meds but they never really help. With the cramps yes but these headaches make me just want to crawl into a ball and sleep. But I cant do that because kids. Lol any suggestions?
