witnessed a hit-and-run

Just saw a kid laying in the middle of the street shaking and crying because he just got hit by a car. What do people do..they facking drive around him. I get out of my car and call 911. Everyone then starts to get out and help after I had already been standing by him for a min with 911 on the phone. Then a lady says she saw who hit him but kept going but decided to come back. Like really you see someone get hit and keep going? Like wtf. Luckily a off duty cop pulls over along with a nurse to help.... I'm so freaking mad at how many people drove by him. No one got out to help. They just drove around him. He was obviously hurt and hurt bad. I hope they find the lady who did it. I didn't see him get hit. Just saw him lying there crying, shaking and stuck laying on his side. He had to have only been 15. Just a kid. They said it was a older women in a black or blue car. Smh I'm still in shock and just disappointed with how many people who just kept on with there day and didn't do shat. All I know is he will be okay. Broken arm and possibly more trauma to his body. If you ever see someone hurt I hope you help and not keep on with your day. I didn't even give it a second thought I jumped out and came to his side. He needed someone and that was someones baby laying on the road. We also called his mom. My heart just breaks for him. Sorry if this is all over the place. I'm still trying to calm down.
