Early walking

So dd is 8 months 9 in a week. She has been standing up and cruising the couch and love set for some time. Well last night she walked from her crib to almost out her bedroom door. But so sneezed scared her and she went back to crawling. She barely uses the couch for support. My first did not walk till a week before one. So My question is do I try to find hard sole shoe's or just let her bare foot till she has it down? I'm a little rusty due to my oldest being 7. Any other early walkers? What am I in for?
