Beast exam gone wrong....

So I went to go see my new doc. She did a full exam. Well she asked to do a breast. No prob! Well this is when things got strange. She pressed on my boobs but played with my nipples to the point they got hard then she pinched and rubbed over them on both. I've had a breast exams done but never had this happen.... I want to call and report. But am I over reacting?
