Need some insight please!

Over the last few days, I have felt slightly nauseas in the morning but not bad enough to feel like I'm going to throw up. 3 days ago, my nipple was extremely sore and tender and almost felt like a slight stinging sensation. Now the soreness is gone, but if I touch my breasts, they seem to be sensitive. I am also a week late for af, but I originally thought af was late because of stress. Could this be the first sign of pregnancy or am I just over thinking it? Any thoughts would be great!!
