Fevers/High temps

So ds and I stayed home today as he woke up around 11pm last night absolutely boiling. I called in this morning to have the day off and he has pretty much slept all day. He started to pep up a little and ate some peas and corn for dinner but he still has a temperature and now is asleep on the lounge. He has had nurofen every 6-8 hours and I've encouraged plenty of fluids.
