Bottle feeding problem

Every time I feed my little girl I flood her. I've tried holding her upright, holding the bottle more horizontal, different bottles and slow nipples. When I use a slow nipple it seems like she is having to work too hard. Does anyone have any tips? Is there a certain brand of nipples that anyone could recommend??
