Where is baby sleeping?

So....I know I need to get Sawyer out of the Rock N Play. I really do. He'll be 6 months on November 6th. But I'm having trouble making the transition because I'm nervous. Our daughter was on a different door in her crib by 4/5 months but after the early scares we had with Sawyer in the NICU with breathing and then the bad cold that sent him to the PICU for a nights stay when he was a couple months old, I find myself babying him more and just more scared to have him be on his own.
