Tummy time

So the nurses in the NICU said to go ahead and start tummy time when we got home from the hospital (4 days old). And when you look online it seems they say you can start right away as well. But my pediatrician said NO tummy time until at least 3-4 months. Anyone else get the same advice/direction?!
