You know you're pregnant when......

Your day (or more like my whole week ?) is made when you have a doctor's appointment and for the first time in 7 months you haven't gained any weight!! ?? I'm still at a 21lb weight gain overall, but feel like the zero weight gain since my last appt 3 weeks ago is a victory!!!!!! Lol!!
