Sick ???

I have the worst cold that I got from my toddler. I am so stuffed up, I can barely breathe. My right ear aches and I have a throbbing headache. I know I can, should and will call my OB to see what meds I can take, but thought I'd ask if there was anything you all have taken for colds while pregnant that really helped and worked that I should ask my OB about. I know there's not much we can take. I'm just hoping my only option isn't Tylenol.
