Epi-no

Does anyone have personal experience with the Epi-no? Thinking of buying one but just want to hear others views. I'm trying to reduce my chances of tearing down there during labour. I'm also gonna try evening primrose oil and some messages as well. Thanks.

For those that went/chose to give birth without an epi, how did you do it?

5cms dilated contractions are about 5 to 7 min apart .. still debating if I wanna try to go all natural or get an epi 😭😕
