Pain....

Bent down earlier and had a sharp pain to the right groin area, rested for a bit, felt better so went to work, took a resident out for an hrs walk and about half way into the pain came back and man did it hurt. Work sent me home took painkillers and it hasn't really eased. Spoke to doctor said its prob just rlp and not to worry unless it gets even worse or I bleed. Not hugely worried as rlp is to be expected but does it have to hurt so much!! Lol
