33 weeks appointment/pregnancy update

for the last two weeks I've had constant non-stop Braxton Hicks contractions.. for the last two days I've been having the real deal just not timable or consistent. Not somethin to worry about. Been having very frequent bowel movements but not diarrhea for 3 days
