Toddler bed help!

DD1 is 2 and bedshared with us for the first 8 months straight and went to her crib and came to our bed on and off again until she learned to get out of her crib about four months ago and she's been in our bed since. It wasn't a problem because she slept through the night most of the time but now she's started waking me up 5+ times a night just whining for no reason. It's driving me crazy and starting to wake up our seven month old, who still wakes on her own a couple of times each night. So as you can imagine I'm sleeping terribly and it's starting to catch up to me. I've got to get our toddler in her own bed or I'm going to go crazy. I've tried getting her to sleep in it but she just won't have it, how can I help her sleep in it?!
