13 and on Facebook, IG, etc

I have a 13 year old cousin we will call E. Her mom is my cousin, D. Who I've posted about on here before. Anyways, E and I are very close. She is like my little sister. She reminds me of myself when I was that age, but more of a rebel. About a year ago, she got caught having two instagram accounts. One was friends with D (her mom) and the other one had 6000 followers and questionable photos of her in short shorts or talking about Marijuana. She kept the bigger account a secret until I found it. She got in "trouble" which basically just meant she got her phone taken away for a day, was asked to delete the account and given a "no social media" rule.
