AF today...so frustrated

I'm on CD1 today after AF was late one day. My DH and I have one more cycle after this before my OB will give us a referral to a RE. DH and I have both been tested and he has a high sperm count without any motility/mobility issues and I'm ovulating with high progesterone levels. My OB gave us a three-month deadline and if we aren't pregnant, then he'll see what our options (including IUI are). I'm not at all hopeful that this cycle will be fruitful for us--use preseed, track ovulation with CB digitals, and we get busy very frequently.
