About how often does your LO spit up in a day? Recently I feel like he spits up often, pretty much after every feeding. His pediatrician said spitting up is a sign of a well-fed baby but I'm not sure if I like that answer. He's ebf and is gaining weight very fast, so that's not what worries me. I'm more worried that he's uncomfortable whenever it happens. Could it be something in my diet?
