Pooping in the tub.

Grey has taken to pooping in the bathtub. At first it was toward the end of bath, so no big deal. Id just take him out, rinse him off and clean up after he was in bed.. but now hes doing it almost immediately after getting in the tub...its getting ridiculous..what should i do?
