Call from doctor's office wanting to discuss test results...

So I got a call last night about making an appointment to discuss test results. I've had my blood drawn twice, once at 9 weeks and again last week at 13 weeks. Is this be something I should worry about? This is my first pregnancy and my mind keeps jumping to worse case scenarios.
