Sorry-long post
I don't post that often but I just need to rant...my mil is driving me crazy! We always got along while my husband and I were still dating but once we got married she's slowly turned into a crazy person. We have been together for almost 6 years and have been married for a little over a year. Now, she tries to control everything and throws a fit like a 2 year old if she doesn't get her way. My husband forgot something at her house and we stopped by on the way to the grocery store for him to pick it up. I was feeling pretty crappy all day and had the worst headache so I just sat in the car and waited for him. She walked outside to say hey (after my husband told her I wasn't feeling good at all). After she talks to me for a second, she slams the car door and stomps off back in the house, mad for some unknown reason. My husband was right there and was so confused (as was I) as to what had happened. So we left and my husband called her and asked her what was wrong and she started crying telling him that I had blew her off and was rude and always had an attitude (none of which was true and he called her out on it thank goodness). That is just one example of the many things she has done lately. She is always trying to make me out to be a bad person towards him and makes stuff up to do it. She never talks to me but when she talks to my husband, she's always asking how "her" baby is. She thinks that she's going to get to always have my baby and be around all the time. Is it wrong to not want her around my child at all once it's born when she can't even have a relationship with me?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
