2 under 18 months?!

Just found out 2 weeks ago that we're expecting baby #6!!! Bodhi is just 9 months old...he will almost be 18 months old when the new baby comes! How do you moms handle 2 under 2 or 2 under 18 months? Our older boys will be 18, 15, 12, and 10 so we're not too worried with that age difference.....just had no idea that it would happen this soon!
