It has been almost 11 years...Labor?!?!

It is 1 am here, I don't want to call my doctor or call work (L&D) and tell them or ask them if I am in labor.....been having contractions for weeks.....had sex tonight....started having some cramping, and lost my mucous plug an hour ago....contractions are increasing in strength. I have a history of short labors but I don't want to go in to be checked if it is false labor. I know I being ridiculous, this is my 4th baby....anyways, just wondering any similar stories to encourage me? Please no harsh or rude comments, overly sensitive and don't want to be crying over someone thinking I am dumb! :)
