Need positive thoughts please

I have my first OB appointment tomorrow at 7 weeks 3 days. After 3 successful, high risk pregnancies and more recent 3 miscarriages in a year, I am so incredibly anxious about tomorrows visit, particularly the ultrasound. I had an US at 6 weeks 2 days in the ER for vaginal bleeding, diagnosed as a threatened miscarriage. They only saw the gestational sac. My HCG then was 17000...2 days later it was 29000....my OB is concerned about a possible blighted ovum. :-/ please just keep me in your thoughts and send positive energy my way!!
