Feeling crazy!

I haven't had a break from my 3 children since early October 2016. It was a short dinner and a movie date and I'm feeling kinda like I'm going to loose my mind. I'm a stay at home mom and my kids are 5, 2 and 1. My 5 yo thinks she's 13, my 2yo gets into absolutely everything, and my 1 yo is a clingy teething cry baby. Don't get me wrong I love them more then life itself but I am way over due for a break. I don't trust many people with my kids and the people I do will only take my 2 oldest children and in all reality my 1yo drives me crazier then the rest because he's so clingy. Ughhhh idk what to do. I hardly have any family here. Just my grandparents and my fathers side of the family. I wholeheartedly trust my grandparents but not my dads family. Wth am I suppose to do?!?!
