Sick 2yo... No sleep... Going Crazy!

Idk what to do I've only been getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night tops the last 5-6 nights and no naps... I'm going crazy. She has an ear infection and sore throat. I give her meds about an hour before bed so they kick in and give her a drink and everything. She sometimes wakes up her 5yo sister who's in kindergarten and her 1yo brother who's impossible to get back to sleep!!!
