Enough is Enough! ?

My contractions have been coming steadily every 4-6 mins since Monday evening and they've been hurting more and more. I was in L&D on Wednesday and all the contractions were showing up and topping out and they did nothing. I was 25% effaced and soft. Baby's head is so low doc could feel it. The big issues are I'm high risk for uterine rupture and only 33 weeks.
