Swollen Kidney!!!?

So at my ultrasound I got yesterday they told me my baby boys right kidney is swollen and they wanted to do another ultrasound in 2 weeks. They also mentioned taking him early. I'm already high risk for uterine rupture so he was suppose to come between 36-38 weeks... How early do they mean?!? He's measuring 31 weeks and my hospital will not take babies before 34 weeks because they have no nicu. The nearest is over 90 mins away.
