Contractions and dropped baby

I had contractions most of yesterday and all night. I was told to go to the hospital but decided to try to lay down in bed and drink some water. It didn't help and now my entire body hurts from contracting all night and still am. Baby also dropped over night. I'm so stressed. I'm also having burning and sharp pains where my csection scar is. I really was hoping this would just all stop because I'm supposed to be leaving to go out of town today... Idk what to do!
