Breast feeding help

No matter what I do I can't seem to produce more then 2 oz at a time. I'm taking fenugreek 2 pills 3x a day and mothers milk tea 3x a day. I drink plenty of water. She's just never satisfied unless I give her 3oz of formula. Nights are terrible any more and it's causing so much tension between me and hubby.
