I’ve just lost 10% of my body weight. 30-ish lbs. anyone have better luck with IVF / TTC after weight loss? I started at 298lbs and now down to 268ish lbs. From experience, did anyone have to lose more than this to help their TTC journey?
Has anyone had a low birth weight baby and then went on to have a "normal sized" baby after? Like for instance... A 4 lb baby then a 8 lb baby. 🤔 I have questions lol
Anyone has success in weight loss? After my son was born I lost most of the weight and got back into drinking on the weekends at home with my husband and friends...in June I got totally sober and have replaced drinking with food and gained about 10 lbs back. It’s time to use that same willpower and determination to stop the snacking and the sweets and get my body back...anyone have any success with something similar? Or just weight loss tips in general?? Any apps that helped?
