For dd, we had both a bumbo like seat and a bouncer. I liked the bumbo because I used it in the bath a lot once she could sit with assistance and I would take baths with her to get her bathed much easier (she never had a poopy mess in the tub and I always rinsed after). The bouncer was nice because it had some toys hanging from it that she could play with and occupy herself with but it was always a hit or a miss if she liked it that day. ??♀️
This time around I have a bumbo but no bouncer. I don't think I'm going to invest in one anyways. Dd went into a jumparoo/ activity center as soon as she was big enough (and LOVED) and that's what I'll probably do for ds.
I like my bouncy chair. It has music and vibration settings. I had it out in the backyard this morning so I could get some gardening done. I'll post a pic, she fell asleep and my two year old I kept busy by making is collect the weeds I can pulled and putting them in a bucket, winning!!!!
Thanks girls! I love both, the seat and the bouncer, and in a way they are different from each other, that's why I was debating on getting both. The bouncer I like can be turned into a little rocker for toddlers, which is cute. Ah, I hate when I can't decide lol.
I'd say the bouncer I've used it for all three of my little ones and I'd have to say the best thing ever!!! I rarley used the floor seat I still have it put away haha
@mamma, I do like the bouncer a lot. I also like that he could use it as a little rocking chair when he's older. So many cute things out there, I want them all lol ?
