Scared. Left 1st appt. ?

So I am 13 weeks today. Today was my first appt. they did blood work, urine, and fetal Doppler. The Dr. Couldn’t find a heartbeat. He said not to worry just yet. I have 2 appts including my first ultrasound on Monday morning. I am trying to stay positive but am pretty emotional. I lost it once I got into my car. With my son, I heard a strong heartbeat right away at 8 weeks. I know that every pregnancy is different though. Hoping that everything is okay. ??
