Just curious. How much iron has your dr told you to take (especially if your anemic). My dr told me I was slightly anemic and she told me to take iron supplement (325 mg ferrous sulfate) twice daily. I was nauseous all day after taking 3 doses which makes me wonder if taking it twice is just too much. I'm of course going to shoot my dr an email but I was just curious to hear what other drs say too...
