First af after ectopic

Never thought I'd be so happy to see this b**** but I am. Lol. Just have to wait for one more of these, which hopefully my cycles go back to regular, and then we are trying again. It's exciting to think that 2 months from now I could be pregnant again ? if it happens right away of course. Anyone else have a tougher period the first one after a miscarriage? I already have a ton of cramping (which I never use to have) and a headache....
