Ectopic pregnancy loss

Long story short, over the weekend I discovered I had an ectopic pregnancy and had surgery to remove my left Fallopian tube, they couldn't repair it :( I feel like on top of our loss it felt like a traumatic experience having to have an emergency surgery. This is our first pregnancy and right now the thought of trying again terrifies me :(
