Holy boobies!

So today I swear my breast feel like they did my first trimester. Extremely sensitive and very heavy. I've been producing colostrum since 20 weeks and recently have even leaked a little. With my first I was induced at 37 weeks and 3 days so I don't know what it feels like to go into labor naturally. I'm 37 weeks and 5 days today. Could this be a sign that labor is on its way? Anyone else having such sudden breast changes?
