Omg my breasts!!!

Okay so I am 5 weeks today EDD Jan 25th. For this past week my breasts have been aching and are super sore and sensitive. Not to mention I feel like they've grown at least a cup size. I don't remember my breasts being like this with my first pregnancy, my little boy. Is anyone else having this problem? If so is this your first pregnancy or second third?
