Quad Screen

So my Dr suggest to do the Quad Screen, apparently she saw something on my ultrasound at 8 weeks, she said something about thicker nuchal translucency. My test will be done at 16 weeks, this is my second pregnancy. Any of you ladies have any experiences with this test?
