When does pain go?

Hi ladies, the one with previous pregnancies, when does the nipples pain disappear ? its killing me, also the cramps? Its scares me, i didnt feel it in 3 days, today i wakeup twice from the cramps. I called my dr's office and took appointment for tomorrow to make sure the baby is ok.
